Fun but challenging work outs on the beach with your guide and expert trainer. Mountain biking 14 miles on the world famous Flume trail, scramble to the top of Tahoes highest peak Mt. Tallac to achieve breathtaking views of the Tahoe basin. Cliff diving and deep water soloing at one of Tahoes hidden alpine lakes and Stand up Paddle board the enchanting clear blue waters of Sand Harbor on Tahoes east shores.
